INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 salted egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • A pinch of chili flakes (optional)
  • Chopped fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish

 

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Salted Egg Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
  2. Add the salted egg yolks and stir until they are fully incorporated into the butter.
