Ingredients:

For the Marshmallow Filling:

• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
• Pinch of salt

For Serving:

• Mr Popiah Kueh Pie Tee cups

Instructions:

1. Make the Marshmallow Filling:

a. In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.

b. Add the mini marshmallows to the saucepan and stir continuously until they are completely melted and smooth.

c. Stir in honey or maple syrup for sweetness and a pinch of salt to balance the flavors.

d. Remove the marshmallow filling from heat.

2. Assemble the Marshmallow-filled Kueh Pie Tee:

a. Carefully spoon the marshmallow filling into each Kueh Pie Tee cup.

3. Serve: Arrange the marshmallow-filled Kueh Pie Tee cups on a serving platter. Serve immediately.
