CREAMY AVOCADO DIP CHIPS

INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lime or calamansi
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red chili flakes (optional)
- 4 12 inch Mr Popiah tortilla wraps
- Cooking oil
- Salt and your choice of seasoning
Instructions:
Step 1: Creamy Avocado Dip
- Mash avocados until smooth.
- Add yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lime juice, and cilantro. Mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes (if desired).
- Refrigerate until serving.
Step 2: Mr Popiah Tortilla Chips
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Cut Mr Popiah tortilla wraps into chip shapes.
- Brush with oil, sprinkle with salt and seasoning.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
Step 3: Serving
- Arrange chips around a bowl of avocado dip.
- Garnish dip with extra cilantro.
